Why should I host with you?
If your company and website reputation is important to you as I am sure it is, you will find we are the only company to positively vet all applications from website owners. We do not host startups unless the company is known to us or is recommended by a trusted source. This is how we are able to maintain the integrity of our hosting service and why websites hosted on our systems enjoy the advantages of super fast upload times and so much more.
Do you offer other services like domain registration?
No. We focus only on hosting. We will not try to sell you other peoples stuff. If you are looking for a web design company. Check out the testimonials. If you want to register a domain name, there are dozens of good registrars more than happy to help. Our main goal is to be as invisible as we can. With 99.98% uptime we are way too busy working on that last .02% to consider anything else.
What will happen if I exceed the hosting package allowance I have with you?
In the event your website becomes so busy it begins to exceed bandwidth or storage we will not shut your site down or allow your site to crash. We will contact you and make you aware (if you didn’t already know) of the additional activity so you can take the appropriate action either to allocate more resources or if this is a spike in activity brought about by unexpected circumstances, like if Lord Sugar decides to endorse your company on the apprentice. Don’t panic. We will cope and your site will continue to function normally.
